Editing References

When you open a master DWG from ProjectWise into integrated AutoCAD, you can use the integrated Open Reference (XOPEN) and Edit Reference In Place (REFEDIT) commands to open and edit references stored in ProjectWise. The selected reference document will be checked out of ProjectWise as needed, and checked in again when closed. In the case of Edit Reference In Place, entering REFCLOSE exits in-place reference editing mode and checks in the reference document.

Note: To use these integrated commands, your ProjectWise user settings Document > Use up to date local copy on check out and Document > Use up to date local copy on copy out must be on.
